Since November 1997, AERO's NASCAR wheel has won more Cup, Busch and Truck races than all other brands combined. New for 2006, this series also meets or exceeds SFI 35.1 specifications for wheel testing. AERO has also added a Hunter Engineering rim measuring machine. Each wheel is tested and marked before it leaves our door. AERO is the originator of the two valve stems with one behind the window. We also have the only wheel on the market with the E-coat Process which is heat resistant and acts as a heat shield. The "E-coat Process" also helps prevent equalization of the tire and inner liner normally caused by paint peeling and rust. Champions choose this CNC spun formed wheel for our quality control standards.
**The pilot hole and stud holes now have radiuses on the front and back to aid in pitstops.

The same quality control standards that go into our 59 Series Nextel Cup wheel are incorporated into the production of this economically priced roll formed rim. These wheels also use our new HSLA center disc providing you with superior strength. It features the largest drop center in its class, providing more brake caliper clearance and brake cooling capabilities available ina 15x10 roll formed wheel. All new tooling was created for 2006 providing improved total run-out and larger bead seats. This wheel is an excellent economical choice for either dirt or asphalt applications.

AERO's 15x8 beadlock wheel is both IMCA and WISSOTA approved. Our beadlock wheels are true 7". 8". 10" and 12" widths. We manufacture special rims to avoid run-out problems caused by using a torch and plasma cutter to trim rims to size. All center discs are made out of HSLA steel for extra durability. Inner and outer beadlock rings are CNC laser cut to ensure consistent quality and accuracy. Mudcover tabs are incorporated into the inner ring, eliminating the need for welding. AERO's beadlock ring uses 16 zinc plated flange bolts.NOTE: 53 Series includes mudcover installation kit and new lighter weight beadlock ring.

New tooling for 2006 has enabled the most widely used 15x8 wheel in IMCA and WISSOTA racing history to become even more popular. All center discs are formed out of HSLA steel for superb strength and durability. Now the 52 Series wheel has more accurate bead seats and lower run-out than ever before. The bead hump still has a knife edge on it to grip the tire and lock it on the rim. No other approved wheel will keep your tire on the rim better than ours. These wheels are designed to be both strong and energy absorbent, saving you money in the long run. NOTE: Available stickered as IMCA or WISSOTA.

New rim tooling for 2006 has brought this wheel to the forefront for racers on a tight budget. The economically priced 50 Series wheel now features knife edged bead humps, maximum sized bead seats, lower run-out, and a HSLA material D-window center. The 15x7 wheels are stamped DOT approved for off-highway use. The 15x8 wheels are CASCAR approved and can also be ordered with IMCA or WISSOTA stickers. The most inexpensive wheel in our line-up, this wheel offers great quality and durability. NOTE: All 50 Series have safety bead humps.

The 31 Series has gone through wholesale changes for 2006. New tooling for both the rim and center will make this the wheel to race. This wheel features CNC spun formed rim shells with extremely low run-outs. It also incorporates a new 7 hole D-window center made from HSLA material with a new torque ring design. All of this put together results in a light weight but durable precision crafted wheel. NOTE: Wheels do NOT have safety bead humps. *4 on 4 will work on 4 on 100 mm if not using 5/8" studs.

New for 2006, the 30 Series wheel has undergone major design changes. The new rim rolling tooling produces a very low run-out wheel with our knife edged bead humps. We have also incorporated a new 7 hole D-window center disc made out of HSLA material with a new torque ring design. All of this offers uncompromising strength, durability and quality in an affordable wheel. The 13x7 wheel is legal for Legends competition. NOTE: This series has safety bead humps. * 4 on 4 will work on 4 on 100 mm if not using 5/8" studs.


Aero Plastic Mud Cover

AERO's mud cover is designed using the highest quality PVC molded plastic in the industry which produced a super-light cover with unparalleled strength. Covers come ready to install on your AERO beadlock wheel. AERO's mud cover is designed to cover the beadlock ring bolts, resulting in a solid outer surface. No other cover on the market keeps the mud out like AERO's mud cover. *Available in white only.


Lexan Mud Cover

AERO's clear Lexan mud cover is also very strong and durable. The Lexan cover has a scalloped design to fit past the bolt heads on the beadlock to offer a full 360 degrees of support.




Chrome Mud Cover

Get the look of a chrome wheel and the protection of a durable mud over at a fraction of the cost with AERO's new chrome mud cover. Similair to AERO's white mud cover in design, this new cover is made with high strenght ABS material. It's strong, light weight and it's chrome.




Right Front Mud Cover

AERO's Right Front/Non-Beadlock Mudcover is designed with a round tube that expands by an adjuster nut. Three dzus mounting pads are welded onto the tube. Once locked into the wheel you attach the clear lexan cover with a 1/4 turn stud. The Right Front/Non-Beadlock Mudcover is available as a kit or individual pieces.



Left Rear Inner Mud Cover

Our Left Rear Inner Mudcover is designed to keep the mud from building up on the inside of your left rear wheel. This cover was made to fit any 15" rim. The cover fits between the wheel and hub and incorporates all 5-lug bolt patterns: 5x4-1/2, 5x4-3/4 and 5x5. This cover is CNC spun formed out of aluminum and ready to bolt on. *Available offsets are 2", 3" or 4".





Left Rear Wide 5 Inner Mud Cover

Keep the mud out of the inside of you left rear Wide 5 wheel! This CNC spun formed mud cap slips right over the Wide 5 hub studs. Then a two piece plate is blotted to the brake rotor using two of the rotor bolts. This simple-to-use, inexpensive mud cover ensures minimal mud build-up inside the left rear wheel, keeping you on the track longer. This cover fits most Wide 5 wheels on the market, steel or aluminum. NOTE: Some brake calipers may require slight grinding for clearance. *Available offsets are 3", 4", or 5"



Beadlock Ring

The AERO Beadlock ring is designed to self-center the tires on the rim, eliminating the wrestling associated with other rings. Each ring is CNC laser cut out of high grade steel to insure a proper fit every time. Ribbed to bite the tire. New lighter weight beadlock rings available in yellow or chrome.




Beadlock Kit

The AERO beadlock kit is designed using high grade steel that is CNC laser cut to insure a proper fit every time. Each kit come complete with a weld-on inner ring that includes the tabs for a mud cover. Also in the kit are the painted outer ring, bolt kit and the mud cover installation kit. *New lighter weight beadlock rings are available in yellow or chrome


Mudbuster Beadlock Ring

The AERO mudbuster is a beadlock ring/mudcover combo. It is a direct replacement for any AERO beadlock wheel. The inside of the mudbuster has been machined down for weight savings, only weighing 1-1/4 pounds heavier than a standard beadlock ring. An optional red plastic plug is available for the center hole. Please specify when ordering standard bolt pattern or Wide Five. *New lighter weight mudbusters available in yellow or chrome.




Aero Rim Wrench

AERO designed this unique tool for straightening the outer edges of the wheel when they get flattened in close competition. This tool will straighten the edge of the wheel, along with rolling the curl back into the wheel. It will not crease or crack the wheel due to the special radiuses incorporated into the tool. For less then the price of one wheel you can repair a lot of those wheels in the scrap pile!



Valve Core Wrench

This valve core tool was designed specifically for removing cores in valve stems mounted behind the window, but works equally well on all valve stems. This tool is manufactured out of stainless steel so it will be long lasting. It has a knurled handle to get the job started and a smooth end you can spin easily between your fingertips.
